利用規約 Terms of Use
この利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、My View Point開発者（以下「当方」といいます。）が提供するブラウザ拡張機能およびこれに付随する一切のサービス（以下総称して「本サービス」といいます。）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本規約に同意のうえ、本サービスを利用するものとします。
第1条（本サービスの内容）
本サービスは、当方が指定する対応ウェブサイト上において、会話やコンテンツ内の位置に見出しその他の目印を付与し、保存し、再表示し、管理するための機能を提供するものです。
本サービスは、表示補助、整理、移動補助、保存管理等の機能を提供しますが、対応ウェブサイト自体を提供するものではありません。
本サービスの機能、対応サイト、表示方法、提供内容は、当方の判断により追加、変更、停止または終了されることがあります。
第2条（対応サービスとの関係）
本サービスは、第三者が提供するウェブサイト、サービス、プラットフォームまたはアプリケーション（以下「外部サービス」といいます。）上で動作する場合があります。
利用者は、外部サービスの利用にあたり、当該外部サービスの利用規約その他の条件を自らの責任で遵守するものとします。
当方は、外部サービスの提供継続、仕様、表示構造、API、ドメイン、機能その他一切について関与せず、これらの変更、停止、制限または不具合に起因して本サービスの全部または一部が利用できなくなった場合でも、当方に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。
本サービスは、外部サービスの公式製品、公式機能、公式サポートの一部ではありません。
第3条（利用開始）
利用者は、当方所定の方法により本サービスを利用開始するものとします。
本サービスの一部機能または有料機能の利用には、当方所定の手続が必要となる場合があります。
第4条（料金および支払）
本サービスの有料プランの料金、課金単位、通貨、請求時期その他の条件は、当方が本サービスの料金案内ページに表示する内容に従うものとします。
有料プランは、特段の表示がない限り自動更新の月額課金とし、利用者は、更新日前までに当方または決済事業者所定の方法で解約手続を行わない限り、同一条件で更新されることに同意します。
決済は、当方が指定する外部決済事業者を通じて行われます。利用者は、当該決済事業者の規約等にも従うものとします。
支払済みの料金は、法令上必要な場合を除き、返金しません。なお、月の途中で解約した場合であっても、当該課金期間の残余日数に応じた日割り返金は行いません。
先行サポーター価格、特別価格、キャンペーン価格その他の例外的な価格は、当方が別途表示する適用条件に従います。
第5条（解約）
利用者は、当方所定の方法により有料プランを解約することができます。
解約後も、当該課金期間の終了までは有料プランを利用できます。
解約後、無料プランへの移行に伴い、有料プランの機能や保存数の上限が設けられるなどの制限があります。
第6条（利用環境および制限）
本サービスの利用には、対応ブラウザ（Google Chrome）、対応OS、対応ウェブサイト、および安定したインターネット接続環境が必要です。利用者は、自らの責任と費用で利用環境を整備するものとします。
本サービスは、すべての端末、環境、言語、地域、外部サービスの画面構成または将来の仕様変更において、常に同一の動作または表示を保証するものではありません。
第7条（保存データ）
本サービスは、利用者が設定した見出し、位置情報、表示状態、メモ、設定情報その他機能提供に必要な情報を、主として利用者のブラウザ内の保存領域に保存します。
当方は、保存データの完全性、正確性、永続性または復元可能性を保証しません。
利用者は、重要な情報について、自ら必要な保存または管理を行うものとします。
外部サービス側の仕様変更、通信障害、ブラウザ仕様、端末異常、アカウント状態その他の事情により、見出し位置のずれ、未表示、復元不能、データ消失等が発生することがあります。
第8条（禁止事項）
利用者は、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 当方または第三者の権利、利益、名誉、信用またはプライバシーを侵害する行為
- 本サービスまたは外部サービスの運営を妨害し、または妨害するおそれのある行為
- 本サービスを改変、逆アセンブル、逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリングする行為。ただし法令上許容される場合を除きます。
- 本サービスの認証、ライセンス、制限機能その他の保護措置を回避し、または回避しようとする行為
- 本サービスを不正取得した情報、ボット、スクリプトその他の自動化手段と組み合わせて不適切に利用する行為
- 当方が明示的に許可していない再販売、再許諾、貸与、共有、譲渡その他これに類する行為
- 本サービスを第三者サービスへの不正アクセス、データ抽出、監視妨害または不正操作のために用いる行為
- その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為
第9条（知的財産権）
本サービスに関するプログラム、デザイン、表示、文言、構成、商標その他一切の知的財産権は、当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
本規約に基づく利用許諾は、本サービスに関する知的財産権の譲渡を意味するものではありません。
第10条（サービスの変更・停止・終了）
当方は、保守、障害対応、仕様変更、法令対応、運営上または技術上の必要その他の理由により、本サービスの全部または一部を変更、停止または終了することができます。
当方は、前項に基づく変更、停止または終了により利用者に損害が生じた場合でも、当方に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。
第11条（保証の否認）
当方は、本サービスについて、特定目的適合性、完全性、継続性、正確性、有用性、安全性、外部サービスとの互換性、無停止性、無エラー性その他一切の保証をしません。
当方は、本サービスが利用者の期待する結果を生むこと、または将来にわたり同一仕様で提供されることを保証しません。
第12条（責任の制限）
当方は、本サービスに関して利用者に生じた損害について、当方に故意または重過失がある場合を除き、責任を負いません。
当方が何らかの責任を負う場合であっても、その責任は、当該損害の直接かつ通常の範囲に限られ、かつ、利用者が当方に対して当該損害発生月を含む直近3か月間に現実に支払った利用料金の総額を上限とします。
当方は、外部サービスの障害、仕様変更、停止、制限、アカウント凍結、地域制限その他外部要因に起因する損害について責任を負いません。
第13条（利用停止・解除）
当方は、利用者が以下のいずれかに該当すると判断した場合、事前通知なく本サービスの利用停止、契約解除、データ削除その他必要な措置を講じることができます。
- 本規約に違反した場合
- 登録情報に虚偽があった場合
- 料金の支払を怠った場合
- 本サービスの運営に支障を与えた場合
- その他、当方が利用継続を不適切と判断した場合
第14条（個人情報等）
当方は、本サービスの提供に関連して取得した情報を、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱います。
決済情報の取扱いについては、当方ではなく、決済事業者がその定める規約等に基づき処理する場合があります。
第15条（規約の変更）
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することができます。
変更後の本規約は、Chrome ウェブストアの掲載ページ、本サービス内の通知その他当方が適切と判断する方法で周知した時点、または別途定めた効力発生日から効力を生じます。
利用者が変更後も本サービスを利用した場合、変更後の本規約に同意したものとみなします。
第16条（準拠法・管轄）
本規約は、日本法に準拠して解釈されます。
本サービスまたは本規約に関して当方と利用者との間に生じた一切の紛争については、東京地方裁判所または東京簡易裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the browser extension provided by My View Point Developer (“we,” “us,” or “our”) and all related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Article 1 (Content of the Service)
The Service provides functions that allow users to add, save, redisplay, and manage headings and other markers at positions within conversations and content on supported websites designated by us.
The Service provides features such as display assistance, organization, navigation assistance, and saved-data management, but it does not provide the supported websites themselves.
We may add, change, suspend, or terminate the functions, supported sites, display methods, and other content of the Service at our discretion.
Article 2 (Relationship with Supported Services)
The Service may operate on websites, services, platforms, or applications provided by third parties (“External Services”).
You are responsible for complying with the terms of use and any other conditions of the relevant External Services.
We are not involved in the continued availability, specifications, display structures, APIs, domains, functions, or any other aspects of External Services. Even if all or part of the Service becomes unavailable due to changes, suspension, restrictions, or malfunctions of External Services, we are not liable except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The Service is not part of any official product, official feature, or official support of any External Service.
Article 3 (Starting Use)
You shall begin using the Service in accordance with the methods specified by us.
Some features or paid features of the Service may require procedures designated by us.
Article 4 (Fees and Payment)
The fees, billing units, currency, billing timing, and other conditions for paid plans are governed by the information displayed on the Service’s pricing page.
Unless otherwise stated, paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically. Unless you complete the cancellation procedure specified by us or the payment provider before the renewal date, you agree that the paid plan will renew under the same conditions.
Payments are processed through external payment providers designated by us. You must also comply with the terms and conditions of such providers.
Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel during a billing period, no prorated refund will be made for the remaining days of that billing period.
Early supporter pricing, special pricing, campaign pricing, and other exceptional pricing are subject to the separate conditions displayed by us.
Article 5 (Cancellation)
You may cancel a paid plan using the method designated by us.
Even after cancellation, you may continue to use the paid plan until the end of the current billing period.
After cancellation, your plan will move to the free plan, and restrictions may apply, including limits on paid features and saved items.
Article 6 (Usage Environment and Restrictions)
Use of the Service requires a supported browser (Google Chrome), supported operating system, supported websites, and a stable internet connection. You are responsible for preparing your own usage environment at your own cost.
The Service does not guarantee the same behavior or display under all devices, environments, languages, regions, screen structures of External Services, or future specification changes.
Article 7 (Stored Data)
The Service stores headings, position information, display states, notes, settings, and other information necessary to provide its functions mainly in the storage area within your browser.
We do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, permanence, or recoverability of stored data.
You are responsible for preserving and managing important information as necessary.
Changes to External Services, communication failures, browser behavior, device issues, account conditions, and other circumstances may cause heading positions to shift, fail to display, become unrecoverable, or be lost.
Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)
You must not engage in any of the following when using the Service.
- Conduct that violates laws or public order and morals
- Conduct that infringes the rights, interests, honor, reputation, or privacy of us or third parties
- Conduct that interferes or may interfere with the operation of the Service or External Services
- Modifying, disassembling, decompiling, or reverse engineering the Service, except where permitted by law
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent authentication, licensing, limitations, or other protective measures of the Service
- Improperly using the Service in combination with unlawfully obtained information, bots, scripts, or other automated means
- Reselling, sublicensing, lending, sharing, assigning, transferring, or similar acts not expressly permitted by us
- Using the Service for unauthorized access to third-party services, data extraction, interference with monitoring, or unauthorized operations
- Any other conduct that we deem inappropriate
Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All intellectual property rights relating to the Service, including its programs, designs, displays, text, structure, and trademarks, belong to us or to legitimate rights holders.
The license granted under these Terms does not mean that any intellectual property rights relating to the Service are transferred to you.
Article 10 (Changes, Suspension, and Termination of the Service)
We may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service for maintenance, incident response, specification changes, legal compliance, operational or technical necessity, or other reasons.
We are not liable for damage suffered by users due to such changes, suspension, or termination, except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 11 (Disclaimer of Warranties)
We make no warranties of any kind regarding the Service, including fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, continuity, accuracy, usefulness, safety, compatibility with External Services, uninterrupted operation, or freedom from errors.
We do not guarantee that the Service will produce results expected by users or that it will continue to be provided under the same specifications in the future.
Article 12 (Limitation of Liability)
We are not liable for damage incurred by users in connection with the Service except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
Even if we are liable for any reason, such liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages, and the maximum amount shall not exceed the total amount of fees actually paid by the user to us during the three months immediately preceding and including the month in which the damage occurred.
We are not liable for damage caused by failures, specification changes, suspension, restrictions, account freezes, regional restrictions, or other external factors relating to External Services.
Article 13 (Suspension of Use and Termination)
We may suspend use of the Service, terminate the agreement, delete data, or take other necessary measures without prior notice if we determine that a user falls under any of the following.
- Violation of these Terms
- False registration information
- Failure to pay fees
- Interference with the operation of the Service
- Any other case where we determine continued use to be inappropriate
Article 14 (Personal Information, etc.)
We handle information obtained in connection with providing the Service in accordance with our separately established Privacy Policy.
Payment information may be processed not by us but by the payment provider in accordance with that provider’s terms and conditions.
Article 15 (Changes to the Terms)
We may change these Terms as necessary.
The revised Terms become effective when notified through the Chrome Web Store listing page, notices within the Service, or any other method we consider appropriate, or on a separately specified effective date.
If you continue to use the Service after the Terms have been changed, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
Article 16 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any and all disputes between you and us relating to the Service or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court or the Tokyo Summary Court as the court of first instance.
プライバシーポリシー Privacy Policy
本プライバシーポリシーは、ブラウザ拡張機能 My View Point（以下「本サービス」といいます。）における利用者情報の取扱いについて定めるものです。
１．基本方針
本サービスは、機能提供に必要な範囲でのみ情報を扱い、不要な情報は取得しないよう努めます。また、本サービスで扱う情報については、ブラウザ内に保存される情報と外部に送信される情報を区別して記載します。
Chrome Web Store ユーザーデータポリシーへの準拠
本サービスにおける情報の利用は、Chrome Web Store ユーザーデータポリシー（Limited Use の要件を含みます。）に準拠します。
２．本サービスが扱う情報
２－１．ブラウザ内に保存される情報
本サービスでは、次のような情報を、主として利用者のブラウザ内に保存します。
- 選択したテキスト
- 利用者が入力したメモ
- 見出しやマーカーの位置に関する情報
- ページを識別するための情報
- 表示スタイルや表示設定に関する情報
- バックアップ機能により出力または読み込まれるデータ
- 言語設定、通知表示設定、その他の利用設定
- プラン情報、匿名 ID、その他本サービスの動作管理に必要な識別情報
これらの情報は、本サービスの表示、復元、一覧表示、ジャンプ、ハイライト、設定保持等の機能のために利用されます。
通常の利用において、これらの情報が自動的に開発者へ送信されるものではありません。
また、通常の利用において、開発者がこれらの内容を直接閲覧するものではありません。
２－２．外部サービスとの連携時に送信される情報
本サービスでは、有料プランの申込み、ライセンス状態の確認、試用開始、支払い管理、復旧等のために、必要な範囲で外部サービスと通信することがあります。
この際、次の情報が利用または送信されることがあります。
- 匿名 ID
この情報は、ライセンス確認、試用開始、決済関連処理、支払い管理等のために利用されます。
２－３．利用者が任意に外部連絡またはアンケート回答を行う場合
本サービスの通常機能として、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ本文、アンケート回答内容を収集することはありません。以下は、利用者が自らの判断で、メール、Googleフォーム等のアンケート、その他の外部手段を用いて開発者に連絡またはフィードバック送信を行う場合の説明です。
利用者がそのような外部手段を利用する場合、利用者が入力または送信した情報が、開発者またはサポート受付・アンケート受付に利用する外部サービスへ送信されることがあります。
この場合、次のものが含まれることがあります。
- メールアドレス（利用者がメールを送信する場合）
- お問い合わせ本文（利用者がメールを送信する場合）
- Googleフォーム等のアンケートに入力した回答、要望、機能評価その他の内容
- 利用者が任意で記載したその他の情報
- 匿名 ID（利用者がポップアップ経由でサポートページを開き、このページからメール送信を選択した場合）
３．通常の利用で、開発者が直接取得しない情報
本サービスは、通常の拡張機能利用において、氏名、住所、電話番号その他の本人を直接特定する情報を、原則として開発者が直接取得しません。
また、利用者が本サービス内に保存した次の情報についても、通常の利用において、それだけで自動的に開発者が閲覧できるものではありません。
- 選択したテキスト
- メモ
- 見出しやマーカーの位置情報
- 表示設定
- ブラウザ内に保存されたバックアップ用データ
ただし、利用者がメール、Googleフォーム等のアンケート、外部決済画面その他の外部送信手段を通じて自ら入力・送信した情報については、この限りではありません。
４．情報の利用目的
本サービスは、扱う情報を次の目的で利用します。
- 本サービスの提供、維持および改善のため
- 見出し保存、一覧表示、ジャンプ、ハイライト表示、スタイル変更、バックアップ等の機能を動作させるため
- 利用者の設定や表示状態を保持するため
- ライセンス確認、トライアル開始、課金状態の反映、支払い管理等を行うため
- 利用者が任意に行うお問い合わせ対応、アンケート回答の確認、ご意見・ご要望の把握のため
- 不具合調査、品質改善、不正利用防止のため
５．保存場所と送信先
本サービスで扱う情報のうち、選択テキスト、メモ、見出し位置、表示設定などの多くは、主として利用者のブラウザ内に保存されます。
一方で、課金・ライセンス確認に関しては、匿名 ID その他の最小限の情報が、必要な範囲で外部サービスへ送信される場合があります。
また、利用者が任意にメール、Googleフォーム等のアンケート、その他の外部手段で連絡またはフィードバック送信を行う場合、その際に利用者が入力した情報が、対応または集計に必要な外部サービスへ送信されることがあります。
６．外部サービスの利用
本サービスでは、機能提供のために外部サービスを利用する場合があります。
たとえば、次のような用途が含まれます。
- 決済処理・支払い管理：Stripe, Inc.
- ライセンス確認・トライアル開始・課金状態反映：Google LLC（Firebase / Cloud Functions）
- ページ公開：Netlify, Inc.
- アンケート受付・ご要望や機能評価の収集：Google LLC（Google Forms）
- お問い合わせ受付：Google LLC（Gmail、サポートメール受信に使用）
これらの外部サービスにおける情報の取扱いは、それぞれの提供事業者の定める規約またはプライバシーポリシーによります。
７．第三者提供
本サービス運営者は、次の場合を除き、利用者情報を第三者に提供しません。
- 利用者本人の同意がある場合
- 決済、ライセンス管理、ホスティング、または利用者が任意に行うお問い合わせやアンケート回答の受付のために外部サービスと連携する場合
- 法令に基づき開示が必要となる場合
- 人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合
８．利用者が保存する内容に関する注意
本サービスは、利用者が選択したテキストや入力したメモを、利用者自身のために保存できる機能を含みます。
これらの情報は通常、利用者のブラウザ内に保存され、通常の利用において開発者が内容を確認するものではありません。
ただし、利用者自身が重要な個人情報、機密情報、第三者に関する秘密情報等を保存対象に含める場合は、端末の共有、バックアップファイルの取扱い、将来提供される同期機能の利用等も含め、利用者自身の判断でご利用ください。
９．将来の同期機能について
現時点では、Googleアカウント連携によるクラウド同期機能は、初期リリース版の提供内容には含めません。
将来、Pro版等で Google アカウント連携やクラウド同期機能を追加する場合には、保存先、送信される情報、開発者または外部サービスが取り扱う範囲を本ポリシーに追記または更新し、必要な案内を行います。
１０．保存期間
本サービス内に保存された見出し、メモ、設定その他のデータは、主として利用者のブラウザ内に保持され、利用者が削除するまで、または拡張機能の削除や保存領域の消去が行われるまで保持されます。
また、利用者が任意にメール、Googleフォーム等のアンケート、その他の外部手段で送信したお問い合わせや回答内容は、対応または確認に必要な範囲で一定期間保持される場合があります。
１１．安全管理
本サービス運営者は、取り扱う情報について、漏えい、滅失、毀損、不正アクセス等を防止するため、合理的な範囲で必要な安全管理措置を講じます。
ただし、インターネット通信および電子保存の性質上、完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。
１２．未成年者の利用
未成年の利用者は、必要に応じて保護者の同意を得たうえで本サービスを利用してください。
１３．本ポリシーの変更
本サービス運営者は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。
重要な変更がある場合は、合理的な方法で周知します。
変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

This Privacy Policy explains how user information is handled in the browser extension My View Point (the “Service”).
1. Basic Policy
The Service handles information only to the extent necessary to provide its features and strives not to collect unnecessary information. This policy distinguishes between information stored in the browser and information sent to external services.
Compliance with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy
The use of information in this Service complies with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
2. Information Handled by the Service
2-1. Information Stored in the Browser
The Service mainly stores the following information in the user’s browser:
- Selected text
- Notes entered by the user
- Information related to heading and marker positions
- Information used to identify pages
- Display style and display settings
- Data exported or imported by the backup feature
- Language settings, notification settings, and other usage settings
- Plan information, anonymous IDs, and other identifiers required for operation
This information is used to provide features such as display, restoration, list display, jumping, highlighting, and saving settings.
During normal use, this information is not automatically sent to the developer.
During normal use, the developer does not directly view this content.
2-2. Information Sent When Communicating with External Services
The Service may communicate with external services as necessary for paid-plan sign-up, license checks, trial activation, payment management, recovery, and related functions.
In that case, the following information may be used or sent:
- Anonymous ID
This information is used for license checks, trial activation, payment-related processing, payment management, and similar purposes.
2-3. When a User Voluntarily Contacts Us or Submits a Survey
The Service does not collect email addresses, inquiry messages, or survey responses as part of its normal functionality. The following describes cases where a user voluntarily chooses to contact the developer by email, submit a survey through Google Forms or a similar form, or use another external method to send feedback.
When the user uses such external methods, information entered or sent by the user may be transmitted to the developer or to external services used for support or survey collection.
In such cases, the following may be included:
- Email address (when the user sends an email)
- Inquiry message (when the user sends an email)
- Survey responses, requests, feature evaluations, and other content entered in Google Forms or similar forms
- Other information voluntarily provided by the user
- Anonymous ID (when the user opens the support page via the popup and chooses to send an email from this page)
3. Information the Developer Does Not Directly Obtain During Normal Use
During normal use of the extension, the Service does not directly obtain the user’s name, address, phone number, or other information that directly identifies an individual, except in limited cases.
Likewise, during normal use, the developer cannot automatically view the following information saved inside the Service:
- Selected text
- Notes
- Heading and marker position information
- Display settings
- Backup data stored in the browser
However, this does not apply to information that the user voluntarily enters and sends through email, Google Forms, external payment pages, or other external submission methods.
4. Purposes of Use
The Service uses the information it handles for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- To operate features such as saving headings, list display, jumping, highlighting, style changes, and backups
- To preserve user settings and display states
- To perform license checks, start trials, reflect billing status, and manage payments
- To respond to inquiries voluntarily sent by users and to review survey responses, feedback, and feature requests
- To investigate issues, improve quality, and prevent misuse
5. Storage Locations and Destinations
Most information handled by the Service, including selected text, notes, heading positions, and display settings, is stored mainly in the user’s browser.
On the other hand, for billing and license checks, anonymous IDs and other minimum necessary information may be sent to external services as needed.
Separately, if a user voluntarily contacts us by email, submits a survey through Google Forms or a similar form, or uses another external method to send feedback, the information entered by the user may be sent to the relevant external service as necessary for response or collection.
6. Use of External Services
The Service may use external services in order to provide its features.
Examples include the following purposes:
- Payment processing and payment management: Stripe, Inc.
- License checks, trial activation, and billing-status reflection: Google LLC (Firebase / Cloud Functions)
- Page hosting: Netlify, Inc.
- Survey collection and collection of requests / feature evaluations: Google LLC (Google Forms)
- Inquiry handling: Google LLC (Gmail, used for receiving support email)
The handling of information by those external services is governed by the terms or privacy policies of their respective providers.
7. Disclosure to Third Parties
The operator of the Service does not provide user information to third parties except in the following cases:
- When the user has given consent
- When coordination with external services is necessary for operating the Service, such as payment processing, license management, hosting, or receiving inquiries or survey responses voluntarily submitted by users

8. Notes on Content Saved by Users
The Service includes features that allow users to save selected text and notes for their own use.
This information is normally stored in the user’s browser, and during normal use the developer does not review its contents.
However, if users choose to save sensitive personal information, confidential information, or information related to third parties, they should do so at their own discretion, taking into account shared devices, backup file handling, and any future synchronization features that may be added.
9. Future Synchronization Features
At this time, cloud synchronization using a Google account is not included in the initial release.
If Google account integration or cloud synchronization is added in the future, for example in a Pro plan, this policy will be updated to explain the storage location, the information sent, and the scope handled by the developer or external services, and appropriate notice will be provided.
10. Retention Period
Headings, notes, settings, and other data saved in the Service are mainly stored in the user’s browser and remain until the user deletes them, the extension is removed, or the storage area is cleared.
Inquiries or survey responses that users voluntarily send through email, Google Forms, or other external methods may be retained for a certain period as necessary to respond, review, or follow up.
11. Security
The operator of the Service takes reasonable security measures to prevent leakage, loss, damage, or unauthorized access to the information handled.
However, due to the nature of internet communication and electronic storage, complete security cannot be guaranteed.
12. Use by Minors
Minor users should use the Service with parental or guardian consent when necessary.
13. Changes to This Policy
The operator of the Service may change this policy as necessary.
If there are material changes, reasonable notice will be provided.
The revised Privacy Policy takes effect when it is published.

Freeプラン：無料
Trial：インストール後7日間。無料。期間終了後に自動課金は行われず、課金手続がない場合はFreeプランへ移行します。
Standardプラン：月額190円（税込・先行サポーター価格）
※ 通常価格および切替時期は未定です。確定次第、本ページ等でご案内します。
※ 先行サポーター価格での販売期間中は、解約後に再契約した場合も同価格です。通常価格へ移行した後も、継続利用中の契約には先行サポーター価格が適用されますが、解約後に再契約する場合は通常価格が適用されます。
商品代金以外の必要料金
インターネット接続料金その他の通信費は利用者のご負担となります。
支払時期
Standardプランはお申込み時に決済され、その後は各更新時に決済されます。
契約期間・更新
Standardプランは1か月単位の自動更新です。解約しない限り、1か月ごとに自動的に更新されます。
返品・キャンセルについて
デジタルコンテンツの性質上、決済完了後の返品・返金には対応しておりません。解約後は次回更新日以降の自動課金が停止されます。

Google Chrome ブラウザが動作する環境でご利用いただけます。
